Our drivers are some of the best in the area. With Serendipity our drivers are always professionally trained and in uniform. We take pride in our drivers who will provide not only safe and skilled driving but are friendly and courteous and will always make their passenger feel at ease!
Serendipity’s strongly held belief that the following are essential to maintaining employees who will strive for excellence in service, both in behalf of the customer as well as Serendipity (often involving walking that extra mile!):

- Appreciation – annual family picnic, every Friday is popcorn day, and monthly barbecue prepared by a combination of drivers, managers and administrative personnel as well as regular raffles and contests for all employees.
